This policy explains what information drrolandashby.com collects, why, and who it is shared with. It applies to this website and to purchases made through it.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information.

Information you give us. When you buy something, our payment provider collects your email address, billing details and payment information in order to process the order and deliver what you purchased.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, we record pages viewed, approximate location (country or region), referring website, device and browser type, and which buttons or links you click.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Whop, not by this website. Your card details are entered on Whop's checkout and are never received or stored by us. Whop's handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Umami to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, where visitors arrive from, and where people drop off. Umami is a privacy-focused analytics service that does not build advertising profiles of individuals.

Advertising

We advertise on Meta's platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To do that:

We use the Meta Pixel, which places cookies and reports page views and checkout activity to Meta so we can measure whether our ads work.
When a purchase is completed, we send Meta a record of that purchase from our servers, including a cryptographically hashed (irreversible) version of your email address. The hash lets Meta recognise a customer it already knows without us disclosing your actual email address.
We may upload hashed customer email addresses and purchase totals to Meta to measure advertising results and to build "lookalike" audiences — groups of people with characteristics similar to our existing customers. Email addresses are hashed before upload. They are used for advertising measurement and audience creation, and are not sold.

If you would prefer your information not be used this way, email us at the address below and we will remove you. You can also limit ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram account settings.

Cookies, pixels and local storage

We store a small amount of data in your browser to remember how you arrived at the site and how far through the purchase process you have got, so that our reporting is accurate. You can clear or block this through your browser settings; the site will still work.

We also use pixels, web beacons and similar storage technologies from third parties, including Meta, to collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere on the internet. Those third parties, including Meta, use that information to provide measurement services and to target and deliver advertising.

How to opt out of advertising tracking

You can stop your information being used to target advertising in any of these ways:

Industry opt-out tools. Use the Digital Advertising Alliance at aboutads.info/choices (United States) or the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance at youronlinechoices.eu (Europe). Both let you opt out of interest-based advertising across many companies at once.
Meta's own controls. Adjust ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
Your browser or device. Block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or turn off ad personalisation in your phone's privacy settings.
Ask us. Email the address below and we will remove you from any advertising audience we hold.

How we use your information

To deliver what you bought and provide support.
To send you information about your purchase, and — if you opted in — occasional emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
To understand which pages, offers and advertisements work.
To meet tax, accounting and legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us operate:

Whop — payments, order fulfilment and customer accounts.
Vercel — website hosting.
Umami — website analytics.
Meta — advertising measurement and audiences, as described above.
Professional advisers or authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Analytics data is kept in aggregate. Customer lists shared with advertising platforms are refreshed periodically and removed on request.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, opt out of marketing, or opt out of your information being used for targeted advertising. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time your local law requires.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
